Diamond State Concert Band

The Diamond State Concert Band is committed to the community band concept, providing an opportunity for community musicians of all ages and all levels of experience to make music and improve their skills in a supportive and non-threatening atmosphere. The Band welcomes anyone who can read music and can play a band instrument. There are no auditions. All you have to do is show up at rehearsal with your instrument!

We rehearse Wednesday evenings from 7:00-9:00; the location changes from time to time but is always listed on the main page of this site. Show up a little early to introduce yourself around and warm up.

Before you attend rehearsal, it is a good idea to contact a member of the band to make sure rehearsal is going to take place, since rehearsals are occasionally cancelled due to inclement weather or school holidays or because we are playing a concert that evening.
